CLINIC SERIES: Basic Bike Maintenance
Team Revolution’s educational agenda is a key component to our mission. In providing women (members and non-members alike) with knowledge and skills during clinics, workshops, rides, and casual conversation, we aim to support women of all ages and abilities in their pursuit of fun and fitness on two wheels. For a more detailed description about our cycling education philosophy, check out our clinic page.
While we’re still finalizing the dates of all 2009 clinics, we’re excited to jumpstart our 2009 clinic series in three weeks with Basic Bike Maintenance sponsored by Tri-Flow and Velocity.
Join us at 7p on Friday, February 6 at Velocity as John Cozad leads us through fix-a-flat, roadside repairs, simple bike maintenance and cleaning techniques. Gain the confidence and knowledge you need to keep your bike clean and running smoothly.
The clinic is open to the general (female) public. Cost is $5 – Platinum members get all clinics free. More information can be found on our event calendar. Pre-registration is appreciated but not required. Email name and phone number to Stephanie at steph (at) teamrevcycling (dot) org.
You can download the flyer here.
