Gateway Cup Women’s Events
1. Women’s Soiree and Team Presentation
Saturday Night, September 5th, from 6:30- Midnight.
It’s Missouri and we want SHOW our appreciation for the athletes who are competing in this year’s event. SqWires Restaurant in the historic Lafayette Square neighborhood will be hosting an incredible evening for the athletes and fans of women’s professional cycling.
Tickets are $35 for food, complimentary beer and wine- and entry into this exclusive event. Bump shoulders and quads with the fastest women in America until the Team Presentation from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm with David Towle, the voice of Americas best cycling events. The Soiree begins in earnest at 9:30 with the Unconscious, one of the best bands to hail from the river city. (After 9:00 pm tickets are $10 at the door- including a cocktail of course.)

2. Tour of Missouri Women’s Cycling Panel Q&A
Sunday Evening, September 6th, from 7:00 pm 8:30
Please join us at the Residence Inn (Downtown on Jefferson and Hwy 40) for a unique event as several of the best athletes in professional women’s cycling share their experiences, wisdom and anecdotes on all topics related to sport, cycling culture, their personal histories and more. Have any burning questions for these elite female athletes? Post them on the forum and we’ll try and include them in the Q&A.
This event is free to the public, but limited to 75. Please email our Women’s Coordinator, Amy McMinn, to get on the list.
